Select a Certificate (check one):

	Principal Secured Prime Certificate of Participation paying an initial interest rate of 7.5%. If not redeemed, the interest rate in each of the next four years increases by .25% to a maximum interest rate of 8.5%.

	Principal Guaranteed Prime Certificate of Participation paying a minimum annual interest rate of 4.91% or 1.25% above the Fed Fund Rate, whichever is higher.
